Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an on-site Continuous Improvement Engineer in Franklin, IN. You will apply lean, 5S, Kaizen, and data analytics to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost across the operation.

The role requires experience with slotting, Snowflake/SQL, and WMS (Manhattan SCALE preferred). You will lead CI projects, coach teams, and report progress to management, aligning with Operations Leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain and five+ years in warehousing/transportation/manufacturing
• Master’s degree and three+ years related experience; MBA requires undergrad in Engineering
• Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsabilidades

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis; maps and documents processes; identifies gaps and implements improvements
• Manages CI and engineering projects; supports go-live and certifications; identifies automation opportunities
• Develops competency in Lean tools and methods; coaches employees on CI, QA, & Lean principles
• Facilitates Value Stream mapping and Kaizen events; coaches on lean methods for operational excellence
• Provides regular reports and makes strategy recommendations for Inventory and Supply Chain
