Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine+ years in Distribution, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Logistics.
• Experience with Lean tools and data visualization.
• Experience leading cross-functional CI projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CI/QA teams and project portfolios across multiple sites.
• Develop and execute CI strategy, KPIs, and action plans.
• Train and mentor staff in engineering, data analysis, and lean methods.
• Lead value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and sustainment activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and perform regulatory readiness.
