Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a CI Engineer to drive continuous improvement across warehousing and transportation operations. You will collect data, analyze performance, map processes, and lead Kaizen events to deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with 5+ years of related warehousing/transportation/manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in Warehousing & Transportation and/or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and data visualization.
• Experience with data visualization (PowerBI/Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX).

Responsibilities

• Collects data and performs statistical analysis to drive improvements.
• Maps and documents processes to identify gaps.
• Leads CI initiatives, Kaizen events, and value stream activities.
• Develops and executes continuous improvement plans tied to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Supports go-live and steady-state certifications; interfaces with operations management.
