Lockheed Martin Corporation in Texas is seeking a Chief Engineering Senior Manager for PAC-3 hardware evolution across missile, launcher, and canister subsystems. You will lead engineering teams, manage production readiness, and coordinate with the USG customer to ensure milestones are met.

The role involves oversight of design, qualification, testing, obsolescence management, and multi-year procurement efforts to increase MSE missile production rates; domestic travel and a secret clearance are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in requirements, development, integration/test, production, and qualification activities.
• Familiarity with Air & Missile Defense systems and interceptors.
• Secret clearance
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead subsystem design with accelerated execution to increase production rates.
• Manage program reviews, analyses, designs, testing, qualification, and flight testing.
• Manage obsolescence of parts for PAC-3 Missile Segment.
• Develop a productive partnership with the USG customer.
• Guide Chiefs Engineers, IPT leads, and cross-functional teams in program planning and execution.
• Ensure staffing is adequate from an E&T perspective.
• Collaborate with Engineering Excellence to meet milestones.
• Support and lead program technical reviews and participate in monthly meetings.
• Communicate lessons learned across the Chief Engineer staff.
