Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Engineering Technology Manager to lead the integration and test efforts for IAMD PAC-3 systems, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints. You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans for complete systems and subsystems, mentor staff, and drive CONUS/OCONUS program execution while maintaining high engineering standards.

A BS in engineering, 7+ years of related experience, and a SECRET clearance are required; MS

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline (M.S. preferred).
• 7+ years of related professional engineering experience.
• Strong technical background in sensor integration, system integration, subsystem/component testing, DVT testing, HWIL, and producibility.
• Strong foundation in electrical, system integration, or mechanical engineering concepts; ability to teach these to others.
• Requires ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance to apply (U.S. Citizenship Required).

Responsibilities

• Program Execution for CONUS and OCONUS efforts.
• Leading monthly team meetings, quarterly check-ins for career development, annual performance reviews, training plan maintenance, and program-specific mentorship.
• Assessing IT&E staff planning, inputting new requisitions, and aligning staff to meet dynamic critical needs.
