Lockheed Martin is seeking a Project Engineering Associate Manager for the PAC‑3 Launcher Depot Operations team in Grand Prairie, TX. You will lead depot sustainment, coordinate logistics, and drive performance in cost, schedule, and technical areas.

The role requires management of multiple direct reports, DoD clearance eligibility, and extensive interaction with internal customers across functions. On-site, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field appropriate to the role with 8+ years of experience or equivalent combined education/experience.
• Strong communication with Senior Leadership; cross-functional collaboration across groups.
• Proficient with logistics/sustainment software applications; data extraction and trend reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee depot-level sustainment and efficient flow of repairs and recapitalized launcher hardware.
• Serve as primary liaison between program contacts and Production Operations with clear status updates.
• Manage logistics processes including replenishment, data interchange, demand management, and data systems.
