Job summary

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) seeks an Electrical Engineer for the Hardware Engineering team in Dallas, TX. You will be the primary technical liaison for PAC‑3 electronics hardware, leading failure investigations and coordinating multi‑discipline efforts to keep the program on schedule and within contract requirements.

You will present status updates to leadership and review boards, manage MRB and ECP actions, and support obsolescence planning while mentoring junior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 years of experience, or a related Masters with 3+ years.
• Willingness to travel approx. 10% domestically.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical contact for PAC‑3 electronics hardware throughout development and production.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and provide corrective actions and dispositions for production hardware.
• Present issues and status updates to program leadership and change review boards with concise briefings.
• Coordinate between production sites and the program to clear DD250 constraints and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage Technical Data Package updates, change proposals, and presentation to change review boards.
