Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Production Operations manager for the PAC-3 ACE program within the Advanced Programs Production Operations organization. You will oversee all aspects of Production Operations and drive cost, schedule, and quality for prototyping and development hardware builds.

You will lead the PAC-3 ACE Production Operations team, develop strategies for the design and development of the manufacturing system, and coordinate with AMT, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Broad base of knowledge in electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical production.
• Proven operations leadership experience in a production environment.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, including executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated team-building and influencing abilities.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PAC-3 ACE Production Operations team.
• Develop and deploy production operation strategies for manufacturing systems.
• Drive cost, schedule, and quality for prototyping and development hardware.
• Identify and adopt advanced manufacturing capabilities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead capital, capacity, and facility planning to support rapid prototyping and transition to production.
• Drive DFM, affordability, and producibility across programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to align strategy and execution.
