Boeing Huntsville is seeking a Lead/Senior Responsible Engineer for the Seeker IPT within the PAC-3 program. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure design, production, and testing excellence for the Seeker subsystem and associated circuit cards.

You will serve as the technical authority across development, production, and test, ensuring performance and safety requirements are met. The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 5+ years of leadership, and experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field is required.
Proven experience leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team (5+ years).
Experience with program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.).
Engineering release processes experience and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Establish proactive technical oversight and risk management for PAC-3 Seeker.
Lead requirement, function, and interface development for the PAC-3 Seeker.
Oversee design changes for development, production, and sustainment.
Present data at Design Reviews, Acceptance and Qualification Reviews, and Delivery Reviews.
Guide technical path for product definition and execution.
Drive IPT toward System Integration for PAC-3 and coordinate with Program staff.
Be the technical authority over development, design, production, and test of the Seeker.
