Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM).
• 8+ years of proven leadership experience of large multi-functional teams.
• Plan and lead technical efforts for program capture and development, hardware/software development, and verification activities.
• Lead complex missile algorithm, fire control, and tactical software development efforts and QA activities.
• Familiarity with Engineering 8L Technology organization.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Secret clearance within past five years and ability to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and technology activities within a program to meet milestones and business objectives.
• Serve as technical authority with internal PM and external customers.
• Ensure sound technical solutions, schedules, and affordability.
• Direct cross-functional engineers to ensure robust system/product development.
