Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Sales Engineer to be the technical voice of our Partner Sales & Business Development teams. You will ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable, while building long-term trust with partners and customers.

In this role you will engage in discovery, deliver product-overs, and lead cross-functional teams to coordinate new services aligning with RingCentral’s UC & CX portfolio. Travel as needed and operate across regions to maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with UC, CX, IMS Mobile Centric Solutions and/or technologies with major vendors.
5+ years of SaaS experience or equivalent.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
Able to work remotely and coordinate across teams.
Strong knowledge of VoIP protocol (SIP, MGCP, RTP) and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

Drive incremental revenue with partners by delivering consultative technical engagements.
Lead discovery sessions to identify business requirements and objectives.
Articulate benefits of RingCentral CX portfolio to customers and partners.
Create repeatable Sales Support collateral and demonstrations.
Provide technical leadership to Sales & Partner Account teams.
