Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Senior Channel Sales Engineer to deepen technical relationships with strategic partners and drive adoption of Cohesity's data security and management platform. This role works with Channel Account Managers, Account Executives, and field SEs to position Cohesity across on-prem, cloud, and edge environments.

You will enable partners with workshops, labs, and certification paths, translate the Data Cloud portfolio into partner-led revenue, and travel roughly 50% for meetings

Qualifications

• Pre-sales engineering or solutions consulting experience in security, data protection, or cloud platforms.
• Experience with backup, recovery, data protection, storage, or cyber resilience technologies.
• Ability to influence partner behavior without direct authority.
• Experience working with channel partners (VARs, distributors).
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationship with assigned partners.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Deliver technical enablement through workshops and labs.
• Translate Cohesity's Data Cloud portfolio into partner-led revenue motions.
• Travel approximately 50% for partner meetings and events.
