Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Channel Sales Engineer to lead technical relationships with strategic partners and drive adoption of Cohesity's data security and management platform.

You will engage partner SEs, practice leaders, and executives, enabling them to position Cohesity in their accounts. Role involves cross-functional collaboration and ~50% travel to partner sites and events.

Qualifications

• Pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting experience, especially with channel/partner-facing roles.
• Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, data protection, storage, or cyber resilience tech.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build trust across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain trusted technical relationships with partner SEs, practice leaders, and technical executives.
• Drive partner preference by enabling partners to position Cohesity in their accounts.
• Deliver technical enablement through workshops, labs, and training aligned to partner revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate across Cohesity teams and partner stakeholders to engage the right people at the right time.
• Translate Cohesity Data Cloud portfolio into partner-led revenue motions and services plays.
