Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in People Consulting, Business Performance, to design and develop role-based training for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will lead end-to-end content development to drive user readiness and adoption, translating processes into practical learning solutions.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, validate content, and contribute to Train-the-Trainer activities, ensuring minimal disruption during deployments. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field of business, Human Resources or Psychology.
• 3-5+ years of experience in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong instructional design expertise across ILT, Reference Guides and digital learning.
• Ability to translate complex system/process concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
• Willingness to travel as needed and comfortable working in a hybrid EY environment (avg 3 days/week on client site or EY office).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials: ILT, WBT, simulations, job aids.
• Translate business process changes into structured learning content.
• Create engaging learning experiences to enable SAP usage in the future state.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
