Job summary

Methods is a £100M+ IT Services Consultancy partnering with government departments to transform public sector operations. The Business Change Manager / Change Consultant will lead and support business and technology-enabled change across Business & Digital Technology, shaping solutions and embedding change into operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end change, transformation or technology-enabled change.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and Technology teams.
• Experience operating within agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong understanding of operational change and the impact of technology-enabled change on people and processes.
• Experience managing RAIDs, risks, dependencies, issues and governance within change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience identifying readiness requirements early in the change lifecycle.
• Experience partnering with Risk/Compliance or other control functions.

Responsibilities
