Job summary

Providge Consulting seeks a Change Manager to support the rollout of a new timekeeping system and broader business transformation. You will plan and execute change management strategies, craft communications, and develop training materials to drive adoption across leadership and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of change management, organizational development, or related role.
• Familiarity with change frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR (certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and best practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale organizational changes, ideally involving enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support key business initiatives.
• Create and execute change plans that include communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate change management activities with project teams and leadership.
• Guide frontline employees and leaders through transitions to new systems, tools, and ways of working.
• Deliver coaching and support to increase adoption and minimize resistance.
• Monitor impact of change and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Provide guidance on managing organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Create clear communications to ensure understanding across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop training materials and lead change-readiness sessions.
