Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks an experienced change leader to guide large-scale transformations in an AI-enabled, data-informed business environment. You will design and execute enterprise change programs, leveraging GenAI to accelerate analysis, communications, and learning while ensuring human accountability and governance.

You will partner with clients to define GenAI usage, assess readiness, and drive adoption, with a focus on human + digital team performance and scalable change journeys.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.
• Bonus points for applying GenAI to deliver organizational change work and for experience with GenAI-enabled analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven contexts.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs to sustain changes as roles and skills evolve with technology.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage, readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and governance.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and tailored engagement content with GenAI support.
• Build lasting, scalable change capabilities for ongoing adaptation to new technologies.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
