Qualifications

• 8+ years of Organization Change Management experience
• 4+ years of consulting practitioner experience
• 3+ years in tech-enabled/digital transformations (GenAI exposure preferred)
• 2+ years in Software & Platforms or High-Tech industries

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven environments with automation and GenAI
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as roles and skills evolve with tech and AI
• Partner with clients to define how GenAI is used, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and governance
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption, and inform decisions
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools
• Apply human-centered design to co-create change solutions and scalable journeys
• Use GenAI to accelerate change delivery while ensuring quality and tone
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities for evolving tech landscapes
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and relationships
• Be willing to travel to support clients
