Accenture seeks an experienced Organization Change Management leader to guide large-scale transformations in an AI-enabled world. You will shape change programs, use GenAI for analytics and communications, and partner with clients to implement workforce-ready strategies that adapt to rapid technology shifts.

You will drive human-centered change, governance, and learning content while collaborating with senior stakeholders across industries. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• High Tech Industry experience preferred (bonus).
• Experience using GenAI to deliver organizational change work and to support analytics, communications, and learning materials.

Aufgaben

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences shaped by data, automation, and GenAI.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as roles and skills evolve rapidly with technology.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and governance.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and guide decisions.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Create and tailor engagement content, learning assets, and manager enablement using GenAI while ensuring quality and accountability.
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities to continuously adapt as technologies and business models evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and trusted client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
