Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced change leader to drive organization-wide transformations in AI-enabled, data-informed environments. You will guide clients through redesigning work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences, leveraging GenAI to accelerate analysis and delivery.

You will lead enterprise change programs, shape governance for AI adoption, and partner with executives to embed new capabilities. Travel to client sites will be required as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Organization Change management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a consulting practitioner or advisory/transformation role.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Products, Industrials industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change programs and design transformations in fast-moving, AI-enabled contexts.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage and readiness, addressing workforce impacts and governance.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and track adoption.
• Design agile change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Co-create change journeys and manager enablement content with GenAI support while ensuring quality and ethics.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, storytelling, and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
