Accenture is a leading talent reinvention partner helping clients transform work with AI-enabled strategies and human-centered approaches. You will guide enterprise change programs, shaping adoption, skilling, and leadership in environments where digital tools and GenAI are integral.

You’ll leverage data, analytics, and AI insights to inform decisions, design agile change strategies, and co-create scalable engagement content.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a consulting practitioner.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
Bonus points for high tech industry experience.
Experience using GenAI for analytics and change content development.

Responsibilities

Support large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work and workforce models.
Lead enterprise change programs, guiding adoption in evolving roles and skills.
Partner to define GenAI use and governance across the organization.
Use data and AI insights to assess readiness and inform decisions.
Design agile, future-ready change strategies for human+digital teams.
Co-create change solutions and enable scalable engagement content with GenAI.
Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities.
Contribute to Accenture business development and client relationships.
Be willing to travel to support clients.
