Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in Change & Experience to lead future-state change processes and AI integration design for major client transformations. You will embed AI into client deliverables and your team’s ways of working, driving adoption, and measurable outcomes across industries.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, run discovery workshops, present to C-suite, and ensure sustained change through activation plans, governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in change management or organizational transformation.
• Minimum 1 year designing future-state processes with AI — including activation approaches and intelligent automation.
• Minimum 1 year of deep expertise in at least one change domain such as Organizational Change Management or Experience Design.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state change process specification, AI integration design, activation planning, and adoption strategy for assigned programs.
• Run client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews; present recommendations to senior leadership; manage client relationships and transitions.
• Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments grounded in behavioral adoption and workflow integration.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and co-creation workshops to reimagine work and redesign roles and workflows.
• Connect change operating model design to future-state processes, embedding new routines across the business.
• Assess adoption readiness and transformation intelligence maturity within engagements to identify gaps and close them.
• Embed Agent-Experience (AX) design principles in change specifications — shaping AI agent experiences and handoffs.
• Infuse Responsible AI into change vision and roadmap; identify people, processes, and technologies to operationalize AI.
• Provide continuous insight into adoption, performance, and risk using Reinvention Navigator Suite.
• Help clients build capability to sustain change by transferring leadership routines and reinforcement mechanisms.
