Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data, automation, and GenAI contexts.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as ways of working evolve with technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and governance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and inform decisions.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working, including operating models where humans and digital tools work together.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys scalable through digital and AI-enabled approaches.
