Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Change Management Advisor to accelerate business value by guiding enterprise-wide change initiatives. You will lead change strategies, coach senior leaders, and ensure adoption of new processes and ways of working across the organization.

The role requires deep change management expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate transformation into measurable outcomes. Relocation may be considered, with visa support as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Expertise in change management principles and methodologies.
• Expertise in coaching executive level leaders and teams against measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading enterprise change efforts.
• Strong understanding of project management approaches and lifecycle integration.
• Proven change management delivery track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end change strategies for highly complex, cross-organizational transformations.
• Design and deliver business performance engagements to improve decision-making and accountability.
• Integrate change activities with program milestones and broader project lifecycle.
• Assess readiness, gather feedback, identify gaps, and adjust plans.
• Define measurable outcomes and track adoption, value realization.
• Coach leaders and teams to sponsor change and reinforce high performance.
• Translate transformation goals into sequenced delivery plans across functions.
• Advise senior leadership on execution discipline and strategic alignment.
• Improve change management methodologies and tools to scale delivery.
