Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, change management, or process improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on change management and communication planning in large-scale transformation programs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategies to drive adoption of new behaviors, processes, and ways of working.
• Consult with stakeholders and build trusted partnerships with leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional partners.
• Coach leaders, facilitate discussions, and develop tools to communicate effectively and support teams through change.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder conversations to surface insights, build alignment, and move initiatives forward.
• Apply data, feedback, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve communications and organizational outcomes.
