Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Senior Advisor, Business Performance & Value Delivery to partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, and Supply Chain in the Additives business to identify and realize strategic improvements. The role focuses on governance, business cases, and value realization across regions.

You will drive benchmarking, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making, leveraging BI tools and cross-functional collaboration to sustain competitive advantage and long-range growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in Finance, Strategy, FP&A, Consulting, or related field.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple functions in a complex business environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial review and governance for Competitive Performance programs and value delivery initiatives.
• Develop and maintain governance processes for initiative evaluation and value recognition.
• Validate financial assumptions, expected benefits, and implementation plans across regions.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of value calculations across functions and regions.
• Identify and resolve overlaps in value attribution to maintain a single view of benefits.
• Maintain visibility of value creation within actuals, forecast, and business plan.
• Consolidate performance information and develop leadership-ready communications.
• Support long-range planning and performance-focused analyses.
• Champion data-driven decision making with analytics and BI tools.
