Job summary

Chevron Corporation is seeking a Senior Advisor to lead finance efforts in Competitive Performance and value delivery. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, and Supply Chain to identify and validate strategic opportunities, ensuring robust business cases and governance.

Drive benchmarking and contribute to long-range planning with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, performance reviews, and digital enablement to enhance transparency and value

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Strategy, Business Performance, FP&A, Consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple functions in a complex business environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance focal point for Competitive Performance programs and value delivery initiatives.
• Develop governance processes and validate financial assumptions, benefits, and implementation plans.
• Support benchmarking activities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain visibility of value creation initiatives across actuals, forecast, and business plan.
• Champion data-driven decision making and partner with technology and digital teams to enhance tools.
