Job summary

Bluprintx seeks a Strategic Advisor, Change Management to lead enterprise-wide change strategies and programs across marketing, sales and service. You will partner with C-suite executives to shape adoption, governance and enablement, delivering measurable outcomes during large transformations.

You will also run change programs inside major MarTech and data transformations, overseeing impact assessments through to post-go-live adoption.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in strategy, transformation or change consulting with enterprise CRM/MarTech/data programs.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise change strategy with C-suite and leaders across marketing, sales and service.
• Lead change programs in large MarTech transformations from impact assessment to adoption measurement.
• Design communications, training and enablement plans for audiences from frontline to senior leaders.
• Measure adoption, track usage, and adjust plans to ensure value realization.
• Build BPX change practice frameworks, templates and accelerators.
