Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to drive adoption and minimize disruption.

You will develop change strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, and adoption across complex business, process, and technology transformations, while mentoring practitioners and strengthening Marvin’s change capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
• PROSCI, PMP, CCMP certifications or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management or related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives across cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives—engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption.
• Coordinate portfolio-level change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, and adoption barriers to inform engagement and mitigation.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Mentor change practitioners and strengthen Marvin’s change management capability.
