Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to develop and execute employee-focused change strategies for complex business, process, and technology transformations. You will partner with senior leaders and project teams to drive adoption and improve organizational effectiveness across multiple initiatives.

You will lead communications, readiness, training, and reinforcement activities, while mentoring practitioners and strengthening Marvin'schange-management capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives that impact employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across multiple initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement activities.
• Lead portfolio-level coordination of change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to align change efforts with business priorities and program milestones.
• Assess organizational impacts, readiness, risks, stakeholder needs, and adoption barriers to inform targeted engagement and mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures, using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Mentor change practitioners and strengthen Marvin’s change management capability.
