Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manager of Change Management to guide employee-focused change across complex transformations. You will partner with senior leaders and project teams to drive adoption, improve organizational effectiveness, and minimize disruption.

You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption across multiple initiatives while mentoring practitioners and elevating Marvin’s change management capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational development, or related discipline.
• Experience leading change management for complex, cross-functional enterprise transformations.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies for complex initiatives impacting employees, leaders, processes, and systems.
• Lead change planning and execution across initiatives including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Coordinate change impacts, capacity, sequencing, dependencies, and major decision points across programs.
• Partner with senior leaders and project teams to align change efforts with business priorities and milestones.
• Assess impacts, readiness, risks, and adoption barriers to inform targeted engagement and mitigation.
• Establish and monitor change effectiveness measures using qualitative and quantitative data.
