Qualificações

• Five+ years of change management consulting experience.
• Experience with Prosci, ADKAR or similar methodologies; certification preferred.
• Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with travel, hospitality or tourism industry is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead core OCM activities across business and technology transformations.
• Develop and execute change management plans and governance.
• Engage leaders and stakeholders, coordinate communications and training.
• Assess impact, readiness, and adoption metrics; adjust plans accordingly.
• Define success metrics and monitor progress of change initiatives.
