Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Chicago seeks a Senior in People Consulting to design and deliver high-quality, role-based training content for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will lead the end-to-end content development lifecycle, translating business process and system changes into engaging learning solutions that drive user readiness and adoption.

You will collaborate with functional SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, validate learning materials, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (business, HR, psychology)
• 3–5+ years in learning design, training development, or change management
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
• Strong instructional design across ILT, reference guides, and digital learning
• Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work, ~3 days/week at client site or EY office

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training content for SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Lead end-to-end content development lifecycle from business process to learning solutions
• Create engaging learning experiences to drive user readiness and adoption
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and gain alignment
• Support Train-the-Trainer (TTT) activities for knowledge transfer
