Job summary

Cvent is seeking a strategic transformation leader to drive AI-powered enterprise change. You will partner with senior leaders to define roadmaps, champion AI-enabled solutions, and deliver high-impact programs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You’ll own roadmaps, manage budgets and risks, and lead complex initiatives—from process redesign to operating model design and systems implementation—in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 13–17+ years of experience leading digital transformation, AI-led initiatives, strategic programs, or enterprise process improvement.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders, and translate strategy into execution.
• Track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business case development skills.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations (Salesforce, Oracle Financials) and PM processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus. PMP certification desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic priorities and transformation roadmaps across business functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs spanning process redesign, AI-enabled solutions, operating model changes, and business systems.
• Assess current-state processes, systems, controls, and pain points to identify opportunities for measurable improvement.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define target operating models, business cases, and investment priorities.
• Design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance, scalability, and user experience.
• Evaluate and support adoption of new technologies, including cloud platforms and AI-based solutions.
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Drive change management, training, and adoption plans to ensure new processes and systems stick.
• Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering, solution design, and vendor or consultant coordination.
