Responsibilities

• Change Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support organizational initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage a structured continuous improvement framework and tools to enhance performance.
• Strategic Planning: Align change initiatives with business strategies and create initiative documentation.
• Team Management: Lead a high-performing team and report on status and performance.
• Perform other duties to support teams and business units.
• Travel as needed up to 25%.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and secure buy-in.
• Metrics and Evaluation: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure impact.
