Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support an EHR implementation and lead organizational change across a major IT transformation for public sector clients.

You will develop and drive the OCM strategy, build stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with teams to deliver training, communications, and business process improvements while supporting business development across the MHS and traveling up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of change management experience; 5+ preferred.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and client-facing communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OCM plan preparation and execution.
• Develop change management plans aligned to program plans and guide audiences through change phases.
• Design and deliver communications about the OCM program.
• Provide insight and manage change impacts across organizations/personas.
• Evaluate and implement operational process improvement.
• Guide client conversations toward effective outcomes.
• Educate partners about value of change management and engage practitioners.
• Develop deliverables; manage recurring tasks and work products.
