Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to manage simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Experience applying problem solving approaches (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Strong analytical/technical, facilitative and process-improvement tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex change initiatives including mergers, integrations, and realignments across HFHS.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, design thinking, and agile methodologies to drive improvements.
• Coach and mentor teams through periods of significant organizational change.
• Develop project scopes, plans, ROI analyses, and stakeholder communications for senior leadership.
• Ensure adoption and sustainability of improvements with data-driven decision making.
