• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and shifting priorities.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Change Leadership: develop and execute comprehensive change plans; coach leaders during change.
• Continuous Improvement: identify improvement opportunities via data analysis and process mapping.
• Strategic Planning: align change initiatives with business strategy; document initiatives.
• Team Management: lead a high-performing change management team; report status and performance.
• Other duties as requested to support teams and business units.
• Travel up to 25% to support projects.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships; secure buy-in and effective communication.
• Metrics and Evaluation: track KPIs; evaluate impact of changes; ensure best practices.
