Qualifications

• Five years of professional process/project management experience including improvement projects.
• Enterprise-level change management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; four additional years can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and partner with leaders to improve key processes.
• Coach and develop teams in problem-solving, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Apply Lean methods (A3, Kaizen events, value stream mapping) to stabilize and improve operations.
