Qualifications

• 9+ years of Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, Consulting, or Transformation experience.
• Leading Organizational Change Initiatives for Technology Implementations, Process Improvements, and Business Transformation Programs, and Writing OCM Plans.
• Knowledge of Change Management Frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar) with Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessments, and Change Readiness Activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management activities supporting complex healthcare, technology, and business transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business and technical leaders to assess change impacts and develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate change readiness assessments, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify risks, barriers, and opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and organizational impacts, providing recommendations that support successful transformation outcomes.
• Measure and monitor change adoption through readiness assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Mentor teams on change management best practices and develop mitigation strategies to drive sustainable organizational change.
