Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an accomplished Senior Change Management Consultant to lead enterprise transformation initiatives. You will design and execute change strategies, manage readiness, and drive adoption across executives, managers, end users, and technical teams.

You will partner with project leaders to align change activities with delivery roadmaps, develop communications and training programs, and measure adoption outcomes to ensure lasting impact across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Organizational Change Management or related field.
• Experience leading change management within large enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter or similar methodologies.
• Experience delivering change strategies, readiness assessments, communications, training, and adoption measures.
• Ability to influence resistant stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• High emotional intelligence and professional maturity.
• Excellent executive and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management activities aligned with project goals.
• Develop change strategies and roadmaps addressing priorities and adoption.
• Assess readiness and impact and identify risks.
• Manage stakeholder resistance with targeted mitigation.
• Drive engagement across executives, managers, technical teams, and end users.
• Lead communications and training initiatives with role-based enablement.
• Establish adoption metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• Integrate change into transformation delivery with project leaders.
• Support transitions to future-state processes and operating models.
• Advise executives with readiness reports and interventions.
