Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Change Management professional to support transformation initiatives and guide teams through adoption. You will design plans, lead workshops, and deliver training to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, healthcare domain understanding, and collaboration across departments, with a focus on measurable outcomes and sustained improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, IT, or related field.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci or APMG) desirable.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing enterprise and/or system change management for highly complex programs and/or 5+ years in project management roles.
• Proven experience in healthcare change management.
• Proven experience in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with change management tools and data analysis software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Change Management and Project Management planning, implementation, and monitoring skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Change Management Manager and project teams during transformation initiatives.
• Design and monitor change management plans and timelines.
• Lead workshops and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and deliver change-related training programs.
• Provide guidance on change management methods and tools (Prosci, ADKAR).
• Ensure stakeholder buy-in and adoption across teams.
• Document processes and outcomes for accountability.
• Collaborate with HR, training, and communications teams.
