Job summary

IU Health is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to guide large-scale transformations across the health system. You will design plans, foster stakeholder adoption, and ensure smooth transitions to new processes and ownership.

In this role you will mentor teams, lead workshops, and partner with HR, training, and communications to minimize disruption while driving adoption and continuous improvement in patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, IT, or related field.
• Certification in change management highly desirable (e.g., Prosci or APMG).
• Certification in Project Management highly desirable (e.g., PMP).
• At least 3 years of enterprise change management experience; 5+ years in project management.
• Healthcare change management experience preferred in a complex organization.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor change management plans aligned with transformation goals.
• Lead workshops and training to build stakeholder adoption.
• Track progress with Prosci/ADKAR methods and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, training, and communications teams.
• Identify resistance and implement contingency plans.
• Partner with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across programs.
