Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team in Dayton, OH. This role combines customer-facing program leadership with internal project discovery, governance, and process improvements to scale our CDMO function.

You will manage launches, tech transfers, and ongoing programs while coordinating with Operations at sites in Minnesota and Israel, ensuring on-time delivery and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in project or program management within a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely related regulated environment.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, incl. tech transfers, new product introductions, or launches.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with structure and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing project efforts and provide regular updates and status to customers.
• Coordinate across Operations and site teams in multiple locations to align on manufacturing readiness and timelines.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans with milestones, risks, and action items.
• Drive internal CDMO build-out projects to improve processes, governance, and tools.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, and implement mitigation plans for on-time delivery.
• Support commercial handoffs from opportunity to execution with clear accountability.
• Prepare status updates, action logs, and decision trackers for visibility and alignment.
• Link milestones to commercial terms and coordinate with Finance to ensure on-time invoicing.
