Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project or program management in pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or regulated environment.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, incl. tech transfers or launches.
• Understanding cross-functional pharma workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing projects with structured updates and clear milestones.
• Coordinate with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel.
• Create detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, and risks.
• Manage internal CDMO build-out projects for processes and governance.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation for on-time delivery.
• Support transition from opportunity to execution with clear ownership.
• Prepare status reports and decision trackers for visibility.
