• Bachelor's degree in STEM or business or equivalent.
• Experience leading transformation teams across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving adoption.
• Deliver presentations, demos, programs to enable customer success.
• Build customer skills and proficiency with Connect.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to articulate Connect value.
• Develop account plans with field teams.
• Meet revenue targets through Connect adoption.
• Work with partners and ISVs to extend reach and drive adoption.
