Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect – Amazon’s Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). This role focuses on building and managing a robust sales pipeline, driving revenue, and partnering with Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, and key accounts at the CxO level.

• 5+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
• 5+ years experience selling into contact centers

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for AWS.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop and execute against a sales plan.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS solutions.
• Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
