Responsibilities

• Grow catering market segments by soliciting new client relationships, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close new business
• Cultivate client relationships with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business
• Create exceptional experiences by designing creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Oversee event coordination across pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution and proactive issue resolution
• Guide team performance by communicating client requirements, providing direction, and offering feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service
