Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree and 7+ years related work experience.
• Identify category opportunity gaps with key retailers and develop a supporting sales story.
• Planogram (POG) creation process using JDA Prospace or equivalents; capable of modifying POGs.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; database management a plus.
• Knowledge of consumer packaged goods strategies, Nielsen/IRI insights, and trade classes.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights to drive category results and position Nestlé USA in strategic category solutions.
• Be the Voice of Choice for retailer insight needs through category-first results with retailers.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Category Strategy, CMI – Shopper, CIH to develop insight solutions.
• Support the sales team with succinct, meaningful insights for retailers across channels.
• Collaborate with Catman team to provide guidance that benefits Nestlé USA at an enterprise level.
