Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr Analyst, Commercial Development, Strategic Planning to drive category growth through data-driven insights and collaborative cross-functional work. You will help design and deploy commercial strategies, support planning, and enable best-in-class execution with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with syndicated data.

Formación

• Minimum 18 months of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or related professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Circana/Nielsen data and BW or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without authority.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data to drive category growth and commercial strategy.
• Support development of 4P strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and deliver reporting to support planning and execution.
• Forecasting accuracy and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain.
